Speakers BureauThe Kings River Conservation District (KRCD) has developed a 20- to 30-minute presentation for civic, social and business groups to provide an opportunity for learning and discussion about local energy conditions and the opportunity Community Choice brings. Community Choice, which allows cities and counties to purchase electricity for residents and businesses within their jurisdictions, will promote economic development and greater energy reliability by purchasing power from new power generation projects in the region.
